Support Staff
At Neuman Thompson, our dedicated support staff are the backbone of our firm, ensuring the seamless operation of our legal team. They handle essential and time-sensitive administrative tasks, allowing our lawyers to focus on serving our clients with excellence.
As Office Manager at Neuman Thompson, Terry is responsible for keeping everything and everyone on track.
Amila has been with Neuman Thompson since 2015, she assists in maintaining the office and assists whenever she is needed. Amila is the friendly face that greets you when you walk in, and the warm voice on the other side of the phone. Always personable, she keeps everyone in great spirits. Amila enjoys music and spending time with her beloved family.
Tracy has been a Legal Assistant at Neuman Thompson since 2012, holding a Business Computer Specialist Diploma with Excellence from the CDI College of Business & Technology. She has decades of administration and management experience in multiple sectors including government, real estate, legal and post-secondary. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family.
Ursula brings a wealth of professional administrative experience of over 40 years of which over 23 years have been as a Legal Assistant at Neuman Thompson. In her spare time, she enjoys chilling with her husband, daughter and son as well as other family members and friends, but especially enjoys gardening, golfing, traveling and spending time with her rescue dogs Miss Sammie Tippy and JD.
Erin is a Legal Assistant who has 20 years of administrative experience and who has been an integral part of Neuman Thompson since 2016. In addition to supporting Neuman Thompson’s legal team, in her free time she also can be found volunteering, watching hockey and football or going on many outdoor adventures with her husband and dog, Georgia.
After obtaining a Paralegal Diploma, Darby worked predominantly in the area of conveyancing, foreclosures, and commercial real estate at a large law firm before leaving for a 5 year turn in the oil and gas industry. Darby came to Neuman Thompson in 2016 and has been an integral part of the team. She spends her spare time volunteering, enjoying various sports, tending her chickens, and, most importantly, enjoying the company of her loved ones including her husband and two small children.
Jes is a Legal Assistant at Neuman Thompson, holding both a Bachelor of Arts (Consular and Diplomatic Affairs) and a Diploma in Business Administration (Human Resources). Outside work, Jes loves exploring new restaurants and cafes, as well as enjoying music and Korean dramas. Jes is fluent in both English and Tagalog.
