James Hart

James has a wide range of experience that extends beyond his years of experience. His work history  includes working in the in-house legal department of a large Toronto-based Crown agency, a professional disciplinary College, and an administrative law boutique. James practices in all areas of labour and employment law, including a variety of privacy matters, professional disciplinary issues, human rights, and complex administrative law.

James graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2017. James was President of the squash club and had a strong focus on research and writing projects throughout law school.

Prior to earning his Juris Doctor, James earned his Bachelor of Arts in English, where he developed a passion for in-depth research and writing. Outside of the office, James is an avid player of racquet sports at his local club.
