    • Chaired public consultations and provided advice to Government Ministries in regards to Market Enhancement Recovery Funds (MERFs), Competitive Construction Initiatives and the Education Sector
    • Represents a range of clients in the private sector, including the oilsands, fabrication, manufacturing, construction, resource, pulp, solid wood, transportation, communication, airline, sea-going supply vessel, river barge, meat packing, grain and lentil industries

    • Provides advice and counsel to professional investigative and discipline committees
  • Professional Activities:
    • Frequently represents or supports employers in high-risk high-reward negotiations, designs strategic reorganizations with a view to providing employers with more favorable labour relations outcomes and platforms and assists employers during certification efforts

Provides advice, representation and advocacy in interest arbitrations, rights arbitrations, labour relations board proceedings, employment standards claims, wrongful dismissal litigation, human rights complaints, workers' compensation appeal proceedings, human rights investigations and hearings and related legal matters

Appears before courts at all levels, arbitration tribunals, labour relations boards, workers' compensation tribunals, employment standards umpires and human rights tribunals in Alberta and elsewhere

Appears in Alberta, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Quebec and Newfoundland to discharge these professional responsibilities

Appears and is qualified as an expert in Queen's Bench trials
