Claudia Gasior

Claudia practices in all areas of labour and employment law. Prior to joining Neuman Thompson, Claudia was called to the Ontario bar following her articles in Ottawa at a firm specializing in labour and employment law. 

Claudia's experience includes contracts, collective agreements, human rights, workplace safety, wrongful dismissals, unfair labour practices, and other areas of employment and labour law.

Claudia completed her law degree at the University of Alberta, and a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Toronto. During law school, Claudia worked as a teaching fellow to assist with teaching undergraduate business courses focused on organizational change management, among other topics. In addition, Claudia acted as an executive member of the Women's Law Forum, volunteered at legal clinics, and worked as a research fellow to assist with creating curriculum for a law course on the subject of leadership competencies in the legal profession. Outside of practice, Claudia enjoys volunteering for community causes and is an avid traveler.
