On July 7, 2020, the Alberta Government introduced Bill 32, Restoring Balance in Alberta's Workplaces Act. The Bill, when passed, will make significant amendments to the Alberta Employment Standards Code, Labour Relations Code and other labour-related laws. These changes will have an impact on nearly all workplaces across the province, be they union or non-union.
